John Fagan

Founder & CEO

John has worked for government authorities and technology companies in the areas of environmental and waste management.  At Brambles-Cleanaway, Australia, he took technical and senior management roles with overall business unit responsibility.  He then ran his own successful business for 10 years, which he then sold. 

At Black & Veatch he was regional EPC business director, based in Korea, Thailand & Hong Kong. 

At Veolia Water, John was responsible for all regional blue-chip industrial projects, negotiating contracts in excess of €280 million.

James Lander

Co-Founder & Director, Business Development

James has 30 years of experience developing and directing businesses in Europe and East Asia, in water and energy sectors.  Formerly at Black & Veatch and then Veolia in technical, project management and business development and senior management roles, James expanded regional business including industrial concession contracts valued at €20–200 million. Founder and key leadership roles in a number of start-ups and early growth companies in utility services and wastewater technologies.

Greg Turner

Engineering Director

Greg has more than 35 years in the engineering & construction industry with core skills in Project Management, Contract Management, and Programme Management. Professional experience in Asia, Middle East, Australia, Hong Kong and UK.  At CH2M, successfully ran business operations across 8 countries in the Middle East with a portfolio of 800+ projects; responsible for time and security critical contracts for the London Olympics and the Qatar FIFA World Cup infrastructure.

Mark Liebster

Advisory Board

Dr Mark Liebster spent 25 years with Shell from base chemicals to various Upstream commercial and M&A leadership roles in MENA, South Asia and CIS and oversaw Shell’s re-entry into Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia.  After leaving Shell he joined ADNOC as VP Structured Finance.  Mark is also a non-executive director in Magreb Venture Partners, an independent investment bank.

Mark has broad P&L, M&A, Investment governance, structured finance, commercial/technical and regional operational and deal leadership experience. Successful at delivering business results through aligning governments, business partners and civil society stakeholders.

David Houlton

CFO

David is an accomplished finance business partner, consultant and senior professional with extensive commercial experience and history of influencing at board level. Extensive experience in the Charity sector, fund management, real estate and infrastructure, professional services and manufacturing sectors at all stages of the life cycle including startups – Hays plc, BNY Mellon, DeutscheBank.

Soner Karagozlu

Advisory Board Water Supply Chain

Sunny is a business leader, facilitator, community connector, farmer, importer / exporter of food products, garden centre advisor, farm designer.

As CEO of Edible London CIC, Sunny is demonstrating how food growing can bring people together, get back in touch with nature, and help those suffering from food poverty to eat a more nutritious diet. It also serves as a platform to teach skills to feed their community through local growing projects.

Soner specialises in integrating technological methodologies, traditional and modern, to create not just a sustainable, but a regenerative form of agriculture.
